hour 22 of stronger than usual self hate, ive cut, ive slept and im trying to distract myself but nothings working. im supposed to be going out for a romancy meal with jess in a few hrs but i dont think i can, my moods too fractured. the slightest thing will set me off and im scared of just thinking about going out.

ive upset jess because she really wanted to go out.

useless useless useless. i shouldve cut a little further down and got my wrists.

Incan bones found in Østfold
Archeologists in Sarpsborg have found one thousand year old skeletal remains that appear to be Incan.

The skeletal remains were found during conservations work at St. Nicolas church in Sarpsborg, a city 73 kilometers (45 miles) southeast of Oslo, NRK (Norwegian Broadcasting) reports.

When archeologists were to move some rose bushes they made the surprising discovery of the remains of two older men and a baby.

"When we were about to take hold under the rose bush the skeletal remains slid out. It was quite surprising," Mona Beate Buckholm, archeologist at the Borgarsyssel Museum, told NRK.

One of the skulls had characteristics that indicate he was an Inca, the South American people centered in Peru.

"There is a bone in the neck that hasn't grown and this is an inherited characteristic only found among Inca Indians in Peru. This is sensational," Buckholm said.

The archeologists now plan to try and find out what the man was doing in Østfold, and how he came there.

yay! the graft worked! woooot. though i suspect i was lucky, tgat morning i woke up fevered and light headed, drpping sweat and a few hirs later injured a muscle so that every tme i breathed it felt like my lung was being knived.

then i had the chuzpah to wake in the middle of the sodding operation!

but still im a live. been 30 ish hrs it was done, no idea when exacty it ges out so i use the loo proper again and of course hang out in the lovely thai weather

hmmm no serious bouts of self hating or being upset for a few days. this probly wont last but maybe its the anti-d's beginging to work. i even caught a glimpse of myself in a mirror a few days ago and thought 'i dont look bad!' so progress is made. in other news yesterday me and a friend spent a lt of time mocking boys by flashing each other and feeling each other up when they werent in the room and then telling them about it (and singing the word cunt over and over at everyone who entered)

my mums meeting richard o'brien maybe on wedneday. a friend got drunk and decidedi was a, sexy as fuck and b, all she wanted in a partner. She did manage to snog me a few times but i eventually got it through to her that if she felt like that when sober we could talk. since she hasent said anything about it im guessing it was the drink lol. i was dressed as the jon pertwee dr at the time and shes a docor who fan but i dont think that had anything to do with it.
